For sterling silver pieces:

Sterling silver tarnishes, especially under certain conditions and climates. Most of our jewelry was created to have an aged surface.  Please expect the surface of your jewelry to change over time.  With enough wear, it will develop character and evolve as you do.

For silver that becomes tarnished beyond your liking, use a microfiber silver tarnish cloth and avoid dip polishes as they will remove the beautiful dark patina from the crevices.

Furthermore, some of our jewelry is delicate. Please be careful and be sure not to sleep in it or store it in places where it may be damaged. 
Silver is ideally stored in a cloth pouch or a tarnish-proof box.

For brass and stainless steel pieces:

Please avoid water unless necessary.  If needed, please clean gently with mild soap and warm water.  No scrubbing or rubbing.
